Dante Jackson-- Supervised by Irais Anderton, PhD, LP

Hi! My name is Danté Jackson (he/him) and I am a practicum therapist. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2020 and am currently pursuing my doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at Texas Woman's University.

Utilizing a multicultural framework, I approach therapy from a person-centered and emotion-focused perspective. To create a therapeutic space that best serves the client, I view our work together as collaborative. I believe aiding clients begins with fostering a genuine interpersonal connection that translates into their personal lives. I aim to provide an authentic therapeutic experience for clients, assisting individuals in their journey of healing, recovery, or personal growth in an empathetic, supportive environment. I am passionate about working with process emotions, anxiety, trauma, and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) folx.
